Fun at the Park

We spent two lovely days at the park and had a blast. Emme had mommy climbing up the castle and sliding down the slides. I tell ya being a mom is hard work sometimes but most of the time you get to relive your childhood...how awesome is that?

Knock on Wood

We all seem to be doing better.....thank goodness.
Little update......Friday the 8th I ended up in the ER at Presby Rockwall at 3:00 in the morning. They told me I had a wicked ear infection.....ok, they said bad but it was wicked to me.
They were really nice....the new hospital looked great....had an awesome nurse. They sent me home with antibiotics and pain pills......yummy...pain pills. So I feel much better but my ears are still plugged up....I feel as if I am under water....so if I say "huh?" a lot please understand.

Emme is doing great.....and the boys too.

She got her hair did

Well it was time.....my girl needed a haircut...her first. Poor thing she has been walking around with a natural born mullet.....just in the last 2 months has the hair on the sides really grown. So we went to Kids Cuts today and got the royal treatment. She sat in a purple princess jeep, watched Elmo and got her locks chopped off. She did awesome...never cried...seemed a bit over it but what a champ!! They took a before picture and an after and she received a certificate and a lock of her hair. I have to say I was a bit upset at first at how short it was...I had wanted it a bit longer...we were going for the "Suri" look......but the more I look at it the more I love it....except I do get a bit of a pang in the ol' heart thinking what a big girl she has become.
Daddy and the boys loved it!! She could come home bald or with a mohawk and they would still think she is the cutest.

Someone Is Feeling Better

Emme ended up with an ear infection and a bad cold. Well, she is doing so much better. She was put on antibiotics and they did the trick. I on the other hand caught a bad head cold...I was so stuffed up and the pressure...ughhh.
But as I catch everyone up to date ........we are both feeling much better.
Russell and I took Emme out in her wagon that she got from her Papa and Sha-Sha for Christmas. She had a great time the weather was wonderful...one of those freakish February Texas days.
She got Mr. Bunny and her sippy cup(the wagon has cup holders...only the best for the princess) and she was set. She loves her wagon and she really loves her Daddy pulling her here and there.
